Step 1 — Document Details

2-sided printing (duplex) Duplex prints on both sides of each sheet, reducing the total number of printed sheets and may lower postage cost. Each document begins on the front side of a new sheet. — sheets

Include our Proof of Service form in the mailing (unsigned copy) Always prints duplex. Including this form will increase sheet count and may increase postage cost. Note: Proof of Service forms mailed to recipients are always unsigned. You will receive the official signed copy from us.

Step 2 — Optional Services

Include a Check in the Mailing We will print a check with your bank account information and include it in the mailing envelope (Requires one-time authorization and initial account setup). Note: each mailing that includes a check will have 1 additional sheet, which may affect postage for those mailings. + $1.25 Include a Printed Return Envelope Add a printed #10 return envelope when documents must be returned by a recipient. Additional weight of envelope may increase postage cost. + $1.25

Include Printed Document Separator Sheets Requires 2 or more PDF documents. We print and insert colored title sheets between each document for each recipient. Will increase sheet count and may increase postage cost. Frequently selected when mailing large volumes of legal or medical documents. + $1.25

What's Included in This Estimate

All mailings include a 1-sheet cover page containing recipient and sender addresses, USPS barcodes, and other important order data.
Checks, return envelopes, separator sheets, and other options are available on our Detailed Mailing Estimate page.
Our signed Proof of Service (POS) form will be generated for you after the order is delivered to the post office. The POS form will not be printed and added in to the mailings. You may choose to have an unsigned copy of the POS included in the mailing on our Detailed Mailing Estimate page.
